The company is not anticipating any major problems when bringing the website back online Saturday morning, but this is a major systems upgrade so there is never a 100% certainty that everything will go perfectly. And since the phone lines are not open on Saturday, there is no back up if something unexpectedly goes wrong.

Since Saturday would be the final day for September orders, our cautious recommendation is as follows:

Plan to make all required September personal volume orders by Friday afternoon
Although you probably will be able to, do not assume that you will be able to order online on Saturday
Notify your key leaders and sellers in case they don't get this message
If the website comes back online Saturday without a hitch, consider it a bonus day for the month

Herbed Turkey Recipe, Free.

HERBED TURKEY

Ingredients

1 (12 lb/5.4 kg) whole turkey

1/4 cup/60 mL Watkins Original Grapeseed Oil

2 tbsp/30 mL Watkins Garlic Powder

2 tsp/10 mL Watkins Basil

1 tsp/5 mL sage

1 tsp/5 mL ground Watkins Coarse Sea Salt

1/2 tsp/2.5 mL Watkins Pure Ground Black Pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 375°F/190°. Clean turkey (discard giblets and organs) and place in a roasting pan. In a small bowl, combine oil, garlic powder, basil, sage, salt and pepper. Using a basting brush, apply the mixture to turkey. Bake for 2 to 2 ½ hours, or until the internal temperature of the thickest part of the thigh measures 160°F/71°C. Remove bird from oven, and allow to stand for about 30 minutes, internal temperature will rise.
