Hello. My name is Terry Scott with USA Carnivore. I’m a
blogger/journalist starting a new YouTube channel about famous and not so
famous Meat Shop Stops across the USA. I love everything about butcher shops
with the variety of meats, the aroma of seasonings in the air and the friendly
owners and the fine down to earth customers they attract! My team and I (two
brothers and female friend) will be doing a few pilot shots on the way to and
from Branson Missouri from our home area of the Twin Ports; Duluth Minnesota
and Superior Wisconsin.
I came across your Facebook or webpage and thought I’d reach
out to you and ask if you’d be interested in having us stop by. I will be in
your area the week of September 17 through 23. I would love to stop by for
about an hour and interview the owner(s), find out a bit about how you started,
what your specialty is and what you love about your business. There isn’t any
remuneration but I will supply a link to the video when it is published that
you can place on your website or Facebook page and use in your email signature,
and other social media. There is also no cost to participate and the only paper
work is the standard model release form.
