Heat oven to 350 degrees. Whisk milk, eggs,
sugar, vanilla bean paste, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Pour over bread cubes
and let soak 10 minutes. Bake in a buttered dish for 40 to 45 minutes until set
and golden. Stir peppermint extract into whipped cream very lightly. Serve a
dollop on warm bread pudding and add a tiny touch of pink sprinkles if desired.
